how quickly do you ship out orders?

i try to dispatch orders within one or two working days from the time of order
how long will it take for my order to arrive?

UK orders will be sent via royal mail 1st class so should be there within 1-2 days, whereas international orders will take 6-7 days

do you accept refunds or returns?

due to the handmade nature of the items i am sadly unable to accept returns. however if there is an issue with your item or order please get in touch
